We went to see a movie in Memphis, and there just happened to be a Houston's in the same parking lot. Great choice! Best cheeseburger I ever had! My mother had a chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! I wish there was a Houston's in Oxford. It really is a great restaurant.
We walked in for a late lunch / early dinner around 3pm ish on a Tuesday and were surprised that they were already on a 15-min wait. We were seated within 10-15 mins, and the host took our drink orders. We received our drinks quickly, but then no server came to our table for about 10 mins or so. A young lady server saw us sort of looking around and came over to our table to help us. She became our server, and from there on out everything was great. My husband ordered the salmon...
Well, my friend recommended this place . Appeared nice. They do not accept cash, nor all credit cards. My friend said they had taken cash from her before. The hostess was very apologetic that she was on the phone and sorry they did not accept all major credit cards. Pretty sad in this day and time. Kinda embarrassing to be turned away at a restaurant. This is my first time for that experience . You would think if you do not accept cash, you would at least accept all major...
