It’s absolutely awful … when you have a young people in environments where they do not want to do nor value their jobs as part of their livelihoods… When a customer is unsatisfied and want something re-cook… the manager shouldn’t have a problems getting an employee to recook,,, food they don’t even pay for,,, MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE,,,, you bring out a omelette that looks like only half an omelette and refuse to recook!!! DAMMM JUST EGGS ,,,, food presentation is just as important as cooking it! THANKS TO THE MANAGER,,, she went back and cooked it herself,,, WOW…I didn’t even want an ANGRY COOK RE-COOK,,,, anything for me….. the waiter was extremely nice. The environment was extremely nice.,,, NOW THAT COOK,,, I’m sure the manager knows how to deal with this persons insubordinate attitude,,, I HOPE,,,, if your employee don’t want to work,,, let them stay home! I actually came back to this location to eat because I was there two nights ago and had the Colorado omelette and it was so well prepared so I brought another friend out to sample the omelet’s WHAT A FLAW!!’ His omelette was well prepared and mines was only about half!!!! For the record I’ve been to this establishment many times in the past,,,, never a complaint or problem,,, times are certainly changing!

Service is always horrible no one ever answers the phone so you can't call in a order. And if you go in you'll wait forever to be seated the waiters just act like you're not standing there. And if you order through door dash you will never get the order because door dasher steal your food

We often visit this location for breakfast, there is a waitress, she's an older lady, is always helpful and a joy. She makes sure we're taken care of and always makes sure our food is right. Kinda reminds me of my grandmother. I didn't catch her name, but she made the experience great. We gad the country fried steak and eggs, breakfast platter, and the steak and eggs with french toast. They were out of orange juice though, to the owner, please make sure they always have orange juice. The food was great. Hats off to the cooks and everyone!.

Is a 24hrs ihop and walk in and saying they only taking orders to go and when I see people eating inside, lazy ppl don’t want to do their job. I recommend not to come to this IHOP ppl rude, plus is dirty.
