This IHOP is a hidden gem among IHOPs. It is very obvious that the biscuits are homemade. The steak omelet was piping hot and seasoned perfectly.I prefer my hashbrowns are a little more crispy, but they were cooked too, the average person liking.Go here and ask for Arnie!

Came here post workout for a meal after seeing it is reportedly open for 24 hours. Came at 1:30am, lady said they close in 15 minutes. Absolutely bummed. Don’t display 24 hours if you are NOT 24 hours.

IHOP has changed. The quality of the food is not as it used to be. The wait staff is very lackadaisical and they could care less if toy returned or not. My food was cold and the eggs were cooked too long. The young server was nice but the atmosphere was very loud they were screaming across the restaurant at each other.

Restaurant mgmt and staff appeared to seat blacks and Mexicans in a separate area of the dining room from the whites? Coincidence maybe? Hardly, in my opinion.1) Mostly Muslim mgmt and staff2) I requested seating out of what appeared to be the segregated area near front, drafty door and kitchen to a table farthest from front door (turned out to appear to be only whites repeatedly seated in this area)3) I ordered from the 55+ section of the menu and was rudely cut off mid-sentence by my head covered server standing over me grabbing my menu, flipping the pages, then insisted, "You have to pay a higher price because you aren't 55!" I offered to show my 62 year old driver's license.4) Muslim manager stopped to check on only white guests, and ignored the obviously people of color.5) My server didn't check on me to ask if everything was OK I had to constantly flag her down while watching her colleagues and mgmt pander to all of the white guests.6) Sausage was dark brown on 1 side but ice cold and no color on other side. Pancakes gooey, eggs weren't over-medium, etc. Had to have pancakes and eggs redone; didn't bother sending sausage back.

Had not been to an IHOP in several years. Certainly don't have the homey atmosphere it used to have. Everything was okay just not comfy.

My sister and I favorite Saturday spot. We've been to others, and this is by far....to us... the best IHOP. Clean, fast, the food is cooked right, and the servers are super nice.

This restaurant is very bad at night since it takes you more than an hour and a half to bring your food at night. I don't recommend it.

They were unstaffed this morning and it took a bit longer to get our meals. But overall the food was good and the staff was excellent.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu but no Playland.
