My sister and I favorite Saturday spot. We've been to others, and this is by far....to us... the best IHOP. Clean, fast, the food is cooked right, and the servers are super nice.
They were unstaffed this morning and it took a bit longer to get our meals. But overall the food was good and the staff was excellent.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu but no Playland.

This IHOP is a hidden gem among IHOPs. It is very obvious that the biscuits are homemade.The steak omelet was piping hot and seasoned perfectly.I prefer my hashbrowns are a little more crispy, but they were cooked too, the average person liking.Go here and ask for Arnie!
