I visited this location on valentines night, they were busy which was expected. However the staff was rude. The cashier didn’t ask about being a rewards member and even went to the next screen as I was reaching to type in my information. We asked the cashier to go back so we could type it in to which she huffed and puffed but reluctantly went back. Once my number was typed in, an option for a “free classic cookie” briefly popped up and as soon as it did I reached to use...

The deluxe cookies are good and soft. Only problem I had was that I asked for chocolate chunk cookies and didn’t see but one chocolate chip in this cookie. Asked for a chocolate chunk peanut butter cookie as well and didn’t see any chocolate chips at all, just straight peanut butter. If I’m paying for something I want what I paid for. Not cool.

I went for the first time last night and waited for box to be backed fresh. Order came out and I had the wrong cookies. Went back in and before even reaching the counter, a black man asked if there was a problem. I told him that I may have his order cause it isn’t mine. Unbeknownst to me, he was the manager and went straight to the back to remake a fresh order. He was so kind and helpful. The cookies are BOMB! Just an overall great customer service experience! Check them out...
