I did the salad bar. Highly recommend. $16 and my to go container felt like 5lbs. Beautiful, fresh vegetables and fruit. I would like tofu as a protein option but other than that no complaints. If you go to other salad places and they charge by the item or pound. Stop the madness and go to Jason's Deli. You will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Jason’s Deli on Ridgeway! The food is always delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They work so hard and pay great attention to detail, making every visit enjoyable. The customer service is outstanding; they are patient, friendly, and always greet us with a warm welcome. Truly wonderful people. The restaurant is clean and family-friendly, making it our go-to spot multiple times a week. It really feels like home when we walk in. We are consistently impressed by the love and care they show us. Highly recommend!

1 - It is DARK in the restaurant...in the middle of the day. 2 - I stood at what I realized was the "wrong" register for 3 minutes waiting to order...they never told me. I saw another person go to the "right" register to order. 3 - My companion had a rueben sandwich - cost $15.05 (pretax) with a few chips and a pickle. Jason's Deli is basically an upscale fast food place. $15.05 for a sandwich. 4 - The salad bar is $13.29 (pretax)...and when I returned and asked for a second bowl to try a couple of the pre-made sides/salads, I learned it is a ONE-TRIP salad bar. The size and shape of the bowl is very average (not large)...never would have thought I only got one serving. $13.29. 5 - When I asked the manager, who happend to be standing nearby, if it was accurate I only got one serving, he told me "yes, it's been that way since COVID." Which, in my view, has NO BEARING on ONE SERVING FOR $13.39. 6 - The food was good. 7 - They also have a recommended 20% suggested tip built into your credit card checkout when you first order...for handing you a bowl and cup.
The prices, the attitude of the manager, the lack of motivation/help from the employees, feeling like a dungeon...I recommend you find another place. It is easy to find MORE good food and much better service and atmosphere for you money.

This place has plenty of seating. There is a salad bar...NOT all you can eat...in fact, if you are not actually looking for it, you'll miss it. The sign says to pile on your food because you can't return for 2nds. The stuffed potato I got I expected to be 4 inches long, was almost a foot long...I kid you not! Because I didn't know its size, I also ordered a BLT. It was good, and they allowed me to make substitutions without complaint. The people were nice. The bathroom was not clean, and it was a bit pricey! For a sandwich and baked potato, I spent $30-. Yes, the potato was the biggest I had ever seen, and yes, the sandwich was decent...not $30- worth, though.

Stopped in for the first time at Jason's Deli in Memphis - ordered two of The Big Chef Salads to go - they were quickly prepared and ready to go in five minutes! Delicious salads!
Food was amazing, I got the Ranchero Wrap, chili and the strawberry shortcake. It was all delicious. Perfect food!
