I just ordered a sandwich from this store. I ordered a sandwich with extra Turkey, add cheese, and add bacon. Which none was added!!! I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't pay EXTRA for these items. Literally paid $25 for a sandwich that isn't right. Then they didn't even give me the correct bag of chips with my ordered. I usually don't leave reviews, but for the amount I paid for this sandwich I just wanted it to be right!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t get the Greek cucumber salad, I had got food poisoning, I went back to let the manager know he looked at me said Aw Ok and carried on, no apology, no empathy…. I won’t be coming back. I enjoyed the employees there but the manager doesn’t have no respect for his Coustmers.
I had to take off from work because I was throwing up and diarrhea.

I’m usually not a cold sandwich person but one day I was so hungry and I decided to go to jimmy John’s next door to my job, I was so confused about what to get and ask if the could assist, with no hesitation the began to ask me what all do I like in a sandwich and also gave me some great suggestions!!! Picked up a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It looks great, tastes good, and it's nicely toasted, but it should be named the Lettuce and Tomato sandwich. If I dig around, I can find a little chicken in there.

I placed an order on uber in aug. My 2 pastas were not in the bag. Since I stay downtown I called the location and asked if I could just pick up another day when I decided to have it again. He said yes. Give me your number and just give them your number and you’ll be able to retrieve your missing items that were not in the bag upon your next visit. Decided to visit today just because I wanted pasta and they were not able to pull up any information in reference to that order. I was very annoyed because I did not report on uber that day to get a refund because I spoke with someone at the location! Hopefully the information going forward is more accurate otherwise I’ll just report the items missing on uber so I won’t be at a loss
Ordered a Big John regular size. Got back to my room and it only had 2 slices of roast beef in the middle both ends were just lettuce and tomato with no meet. Worst big John I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. So disappointing. My 135lb fat ass is still hungry. Smh

11:25 AM They have been open for an hour. They let us stand there for about five minutes. And then proceed to tell us. It will be 15 to 20 minutes before they have any bread made. Thank goodness firehouse sub is down the road.
