Beyond upset I place my order around 11:30 to make sure it was ready by break. I get a text at 12:45 saying my order is ready. I arrived at 1:05. What a waste of lunch break. I was informed my order wasn’t ready due to them having no bread. Ok I can understand but why text me and say it ready! So now I’m at work no lunch and wasted half of my break..

It was an inclement weather, and the only food delivery ( through Uber eats) open in the downtown area was Jimmy Johns. I can’t thank them enough for their super service. I have always been a fan of their cold cut sandwiches- mostly the Italian one. This was also a perfect one, with fresh ingredients and wrapped with care.

My sandwich was perfectly made and made “freaky fast”! Even during a busy lunch rush, I felt that my needs were met and I was able to enjoy my sandwich before returning to work. Definitely my favorite JJ’s location!!

I purchase lunch from this location at least 4 or 5 times each month; because it's quick, inexpensive and overall good food. But the staff is not friendly at all.. never do they smile or say thank you for your business. The hospitality is just not in their business model.

Being from Philly my expectations are high when it comes to hoagies (as we call them) and Jimmy John’s did NOT disappoint! The bread was FRESH, deli meat was FRESH, customer service great and very clean establishment. The sandwich was delicious! I visited the Union Street location in Downtown, Memphis. Don’t waste your money anywhere else if you want a great hoagie/sandwich/sub! I tried other sandwich shops in the area and wish I saw Jimmy John’s first. I will definitely be back!

First time ive been to a Jimmy John's and was pleasantly surprised. A better quality version of a subway. Lots of choices for different sub sandwiches and worth trying if you're near one.
