Picked up a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It looks great, tastes good, and it's nicely toasted, but it should be named the Lettuce and Tomato sandwich. If I dig around, I can find a little chicken in there.

I placed an order on uber in aug. My 2 pastas were not in the bag. Since I stay downtown I called the location and asked if I could just pick up another day when I decided to have it again. He said yes. Give me your number and just give them your number and you’ll be able to retrieve your missing items that were not in the bag upon your next visit. Decided to visit today just because I wanted pasta and they were not able to pull up any information in reference to that order. I was very annoyed because I did not report on uber that day to get a refund because I spoke with someone at the location! Hopefully the information going forward is more accurate otherwise I’ll just report the items missing on uber so I won’t be at a loss

Ordered a Big John regular size. Got back to my room and it only had 2 slices of roast beef in the middle both ends were just lettuce and tomato with no meet. Worst big John I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. So disappointing. My 135lb fat ass is still hungry. Smh

11:25 AM They have been open for an hour. They let us stand there for about five minutes. And then proceed to tell us. It will be 15 to 20 minutes before they have any bread made. Thank goodness firehouse sub is down the road.

Easy to locate store front Walked right in and ordered very quickly. Staff didn’t say much and appeared annoyed I even walked in. Aside from that order was taken quickly and made super fast. Bootlegger tasted as expected and ingredients looked good. Overall not a bad JJ to stop at for a quick quality meal when on the go.
Today, Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, was the first time I ever stepped into a Jimmy John's. I ordered sandwich for myself & a chicken bacon ranch for my son, who was asleep when I got home around 5:30pm. When he woke up around 8:30, we found I received the wrong sandwich. This is clearly not chicken. Wtaf? I'll be back tomorrow on the 4th of July when the store opens at 10:30 am to get the correct sandwich. Ridiculous..I won't be back after tomorrow.

Unlike the other location, they weighed the sliced meats as they were preparing my sandwich. It was odd. Also this location is smaller than the other location which meant that I couldn't see them making my sub not were there extra veggies to ask for like jalapeno peppers, banana peppers and the like.

As much as I used to like this place, I am now disappointed. I've only gotten one slice of turkey on like the last 8 visits, but I just delt with it. Last week I got three credits in one week. I ordered Club Lulu and two days in a row there was no bacon on my sandwich and neither was it made accurately. That's why I had to keep getting credits. I will admit the staff was nice, but this was so inconveniencing.
