Went here for my cousins bday and we had a great time. Hosted around 40 of us and they had great service and atmosphere and the food was pretty good as well. They really let us have a great time, play music that we wanted, ,had great drinks, and danced around . Definitely recommend

I don’t mind paying gratuity but you pay it even if you pick up. Once they know they already getting it the service suck! I had to go find ppl. Now I’m doing the work! Terrible so I will just keep on down the street to the next.

Food was terrible and manager refused to replace the meal with something different. Manager quoted the menu states in small print that all sales are final. If you do not like your meal, too bad. Extremely poor customer service!!

The food was good, my problem was the noise! It was like a rap concert in there. The music was so loud, I could not hear myself think. I took a young lady there to have dinner and discuss the music project I will feature her on. We could not hear each other talk. There was a lot of dancing going on which would have been fine ic it were Mexican music and dancing. It is a Mexican restaurant and the staff was all Hispanic so why turn it into a hip hop night club? I produce hip hop music but that is not the place! I wanted a cool environment with soft Hispanic music playing. Instead I got very loud obnoxious profane music. It was embarrassing! We had to go to my car yo discuss business. On the way to the car, a family was leaving at the same time, they happened to be parked right next to me and they were fighting and drunk. It was a physical altercation where punches were thrown and people pushing others. Again embarrassing!

The food very good the people there are very courteous and friendly and the atmosphere is kinda loud because they play music but it's a very place to get out and chill

My club bros and I went in and had an awesome time. We were just trying to kill some time before another event and ended up staying here for hours. Many Props to Jose and Fam.

This place is not for the faint of heart. This is an adults only type of place. I can say everything went very well but it’s only because I have an open mind. We had 6 adults and 5 kids, who were 10 and 11. At 730 on a Friday night after a soccer game this place was more like a club than a restaurant. The DJ was playing explicit rap and hip hop and everyone was dancing and twerking. We were seated immediately which didn’t give us much time to think about the atmosphere being too much for the kids. The margarita flight was great and the rest of the food was good except for the bacon wrapped shrimp which they removed from the bill. The service was excellent. They start patting down and carding at 8pm. I was begging for the bill at 830 with the kids. They just need to let people know before they sit them this place is not for kids.

Usually when I come to town, JJ's on Hacks is great time. This time Feb. 2026, was not so great. We made a reservation for 12 people as their system allowed us to do so, but when we arrive the wait staff is completely lost on what to do. The manager did everything but manage the situation, he yelled at me that I need to understand that they are just too busy! My question was why do you have a system in place to accept reservations that you can't accommodate? He called security on me and my family. Get this guy out of here please! This is a disgusting display of hospitality. We left. Went across the street to Happy Mexican, and were treated like respectful paying customers!
