First experience at a Ramen bar for me and the family. Excellent! Loved it all. Great Ramen bowls that they allow you to substitute ingredients to your liking. Loved the spicy chicken! The "octopus balls" were different but most of our table liked them! Service was SUPER!

We have visited 3-4 times and each time received amazing food and service. The staff is great and the owner is great as well. They make the wait for tables worth it 😁.

i have heard my grandbabies talking about how much they love this place. i got the chicken ramen which was so bland and unseasoned i almost cried. the service was very nice and the desert was yummy! but this broth was so unseasoned i had to put both dumpling sauce and chili flakes in it... im allergic to chillis but it was so unseasoned i just couldn't. maybe i need to try the other locations or maybe it was just a bad time for me to go but this chicken and broth were so stale and unseasoned i almost cried for the 13 dollar cost. 13 dollars of plain unseasoned food what have the republicans done to this country.

Forgot to take pictures of the food initially, but it looked really nice! We ordered the miso tonkotsu and the creamy vegan. The miso tonkotsu broth was really salty from the miso, and lacked a savory flavor from the pork broth. The meat was a little rubbery. The creamy vegan broth was delightfully spicy but lacked any savory or sweet vegetable flavor; and since the soft tofu in it was just plain, it didn’t absorb any flavor from the broth. The addition of spinach was really good though; it has its own nice flavor and was a nice texture with the noodles. The noodle texture was perfect! The waitstaff was really nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant is good! I would come back again to try other things, and I would recommend you come and order something different than what we got.

The smell when you first walk in is not pleasant at all. The shoyu ramen was very very salty. It was not editable I told the waiter. The waiter had a good attitude and took my ramen back to the kitchen to fix it.When I got it back I tasted a slight difference but, it was still very salty. I didn’t eat it. I believe the kitchen needs to put more love in the food. The place needs a deep clean, and better care to costumers satisfaction.

The kitchen is more interested in fulfilling the take out orders than the actual patrons in the restaurant. When the food did arrive, after a long wait, it was over salted. Left the bad taste in the mouth, both figuratively and literally. The waitress was good though!

The waitress was absolutely amazing! The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The dumplings were good. They were fried, and I prefer fried over steamed. Overall, a good place.

We really love the Gyudon, which is rice with thin sliced beef and seaweed. Kids love the fried rice with beef! Our best and fastest choice to get delicious food!

Kid-friendliness: They not only have kids’ meal like fried chicken and fries, but also kids love other menus.

Reading reviews to see if an issue I had was mentioned, when I saw someone say that their LABELED VEGAN food is not actually vegan!! This is so concerning. You cannot serve food that is advertised as being for a certain dietary restriction that does not conform to it! I have eaten here multiple times. I am VEGAN!! And have been given non-vegan food! This is absolutely unacceptable. This needs to be corrected. I am vegan and have been for years, and I have been unknowingly served food outside of my dietary preference by this restaurant, as I have now discovered! I guess this is a reminder to ask questions and not trust restaurants. This is very troubling. If they lie about veganism, what else is going on in this restaurant?! DON'T LABEL SOMETHING AS VEGAN THAT ISN'T!!!! SO DISGUSTING!

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VEGANS. Menu is deceptive and is mislabeled. All the "vegan" ramen options come with egg noodles. I have been coming here for years and was never told that what is clearly labeled as VEGAN is literally NOT VEGAN. You also have to pay $2.50 more to get the non-egg noodles???

The very sweet server who just started here was the one to bring this to my attention. She said that the staff has tried to talk to the owner about this but he refuses to change the noodles to vegan noodles. Clearly a health code violation and has the potential to make people seriously ill from the deceptive menu. This guy is a joke and a disgusting human being as he knows that these dishes are CLEARLY NOT VEGAN. Either take the word off the menu, label it vegetarian, or CHANGE THE NOODLES.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
