When I pulled to the speaker I was told that they couldn't take any orders just through online or the app. I pulled over to order in the app and before I was done someone else had pulled to the speaker and ordered. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The food didn't take long to prepare but customer service could be improved.

The customer service was really good, friendly, but the ordering and getting your food was slow. I wouldn't go there if i was in a hurry. The food was good (breakfast). I'll go there again.

I love Krystal. We don't have a Krystal where we live. So when we found this one I was so happy. The cashier was friendly and informed us that they can only except cash. No problem. The food was so fresh and delicious. I wish I could of taken extra food home with us. It we had a 9 hour drive ahead of us.
