Its was the most awful looking food like it was thrown together it was cold i never had a doordasher bring me cold food until lastnight waited over a hr because my food was giving out i called to check on my order they said it was alot of people ahead of me my second dasher waited over 45 minutes for order to be remade and it was cold it wasnt on dasher they stayed in contact with me the .

I ordered uber. I asked the driver to please see if the food was fresh. Shecame and said they said its fresh. It was disgusting. The tater tots were rocks. The Sunrisers felt like they came out of the fridge. After working a 16 hour shift I wanted a hot meal and sleep and all I got was ripped off for 20.dollars.The bad part is the employees knew they were ripping me off because she asked was it fresh. This does not end here Im moving on to home office. This behavior and customer service is disgusting.February 11 T 730am.Thanks for nothing and stealing peoples money for food you KNEW was disgusting.

Haven’t been to this location in over a year because of bad service and nothing has changed. Parking every car that come through drive thru and making customers wait 20 minutes. Then my food was burnt. I’ll take the extra drive and go to Olive Branch were the service is better.

The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was mediocre as the staff didn't smile, have a welcoming feeling, or excited about their job. The staff wasn't rude or mean but could improve on overall attitude. Overall, the experience was okay, and the food was great!

I've only been through the drive through. It's hard to hear on my end and apparently is difficult on theirs as well.The food was okay. Nothing seemed to be fresh; the buns were stale, the fries weren't hot, and the chili on the tots had been on the heat for a while.The worst part was the time it took to bring the food out. Every car in line was being moved to the front door for delayed pickup. This happened the last three times I stopped here.
