I always take the chance to get Krystals or White Castles (depending on my location) and have never been disappointed. When around one, I'll get at least 3 - 24 packs, or their equivalent, of different choices and love it. Especially since I'm in Southern Arkansas, and it takes hours to get to one. So when I do, I love it. This Krystals have the food just the way my girlfriend and I like it (she's a picky eater), so the experience was great.

The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was mediocre as the staff didn't smile, have a welcoming feeling, or excited about their job. The staff wasn't rude or mean but could improve on overall attitude. Overall, the experience was okay, and the food was great!

I've only been through the drive through. It's hard to hear on my end and apparently is difficult on theirs as well.The food was okay. Nothing seemed to be fresh; the buns were stale, the fries weren't hot, and the chili on the tots had been on the heat for a while.The worst part was the time it took to bring the food out. Every car in line was being moved to the front door for delayed pickup. This happened the last three times I stopped here.
