They need more lights in the parking lot and inside. I almost thought they were closed because it looked dark on the inside. Not the best Krystals I've had. It was salty. Service was friendly! I'll give them another chance. They did look under staffed.
I gave four stars since my French fries went to the Asian guy. I love fries and they were going to throw them away. The Asian guy gave them to me. The food was freshly cooked. The staff was small.
Krystal has had one of my favorite fast food burgers for years, but their fries still need some work. If you’re looking for excellent service and a great atmosphere, you should go somewhere else! People go here for the burgers!
