I have never had a bad experience at Krystal in Bartlett, until today. I went into the restaurant around 7:15pm. They didn't have any Krystal's. The wait would be 15 minutes. I opted to get the Chik sandwiches and fries. That was a huge mistake. The (chicken?) patties on all 3 of the sandwiches were cold and very over cooked or just had been sitting out too long. Two of the buns were so greasy and squishy. Needless to say they were not edible.

I have so much respect for individuals that tell me the truth! The manager on duty around 6pm (06/02/2019) and her wonderful staff blessed my life by taking my mailed coupon ! The struggle was real that day and I loved how cool everyone was. Keep it up you all ! Much Love !

I like krystals but they were slipping today. Normally I get a scrambled egg on my bacon egg n cheese on toast but for some reason this day I got a thick nasty folded egg instead. Be sure your egg is correct. Other than that. No complaints

Fries were not good. Plus found a curly q in my fries.. So upsetting.. But its the norm around here in Memphis Tn. But the little girl that took our order was nice.

I love this place for breakfast. They get the food right 99.9% of the time which is more than I can say for most places. And if they do mess up, no questions asked they fix it.
It's Krystals, so you know what you're getting. Food is fresh and hot. They do have strawberry soda. Dine in is fast and friendly.

Famous for their square burgers this particular location is in Bartlett Tennessee. The staff here is super friendly and the food is always delicious. Their chili is a favorite of mine. I could eat it year round. It is especially good during these cold Winter months. The restaurant is super clean, And I especially enjoy the fact that they play Christian music over the radio. Would highly recommend for anyone to visit if you are in the area.
