The Manger came crawling out of a car that was parked sideways right by the drive thru and she was clearly intoxicated because she could barely walk and almost fell 2 or 3 times. Then we order our food and pull up to the window the guy running the drive thru had obviously been sampling whatever everyone else was stuck on stupid from because he told us out total took the money stood in front of his register for 8 minutes then he opens the window and hands us the xmoney back and says that his computer is frozen right now so he will have to wait for it to unfreeze before he can take our order and yet we have already ordered and been waiting for 12 minutes at this time then the idiot that was with me told tge guy to juzt keep the money he wanted his food another 10 minutes go by and then the guy hands out our 2 orders so we go to pull around and eat the fries have been put in hot grease but nowhere near long enough they are hard then tge Krystal burgers were flat foot frozen literally!!! This is truly the worse Krystal restaurant that I have ever been to and please take my advice e do not stop here or you will regret it. Very sad day tge burgers are already small enough that there's not much h to mess up come on man get your s_it together!!!

I don’t know how this place is open. I don’t know what is on my “burger”, but it looks like Spam. They only have 3 people working today during the lunch hour. I couldn’t finish the sandwich, so I feel like I paid $5.89 for a tea.

Easter Sunday headed home, saw that They where open so I stopped. The lady on the drive thru speaker was RUDE cut us off multiple times & over talked us. Then rudely and with so much aggression says it was going to be a wait for 15 mins to cook 12 krystals. Which isn't a problem. By far the worst customer service ever at Krystal. Remind me to NOT STOP here ever AGAIN.

Went to get food sit in the drive-through for 30 minutes no one never came to the speaker I was saying hello but it was two cars in front of me that she had just helped I go around to the window she’s there a talking plan in her hair with the headset on but ain’t said anything just looking still didn’t come to the window. I ordered 2 sausage/egg sandwiches, and the eggs were very crusty and hard around the edges. never had a fried egg that was hard before, and the sausage tasted old. I didn't enjoy this at all. the service was ok, the young man greeted me and was kind.
