My husband, kiddo, and myself had the absolute best experience- I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name who took our order inside and brought everything to our table but he had the BEST customer service. H went above and beyond and we were so thankful to be treated so nicely as you don’t get that often in fast food anymore. I live in MS and would drive all the back just for the customer service!!! Thank you!
Ok... It's Krystals but the young man at the drive thru was great in every way. Polite and made sure I was enjoying my day and dinner behind the wheel. Good Job Germantown Krystals.

I ordered 2 sausage/egg sandwiches, and the eggs were very crusty and hard around the edges. never had a fried egg that was hard before, and the sausage tasted old. I didn't enjoy this at all. the service was ok, the young man greeted me and was kind.
