for the drive thru hours waiting in line and the price total of your food you think your food is coming out fresh three times in a row my chilli cheese fries was so salty old looking and my kyrstal burgers was disgusting the meat is always dark around and the middle is were it's how the whole meat patty should look wow like the customers I don't know how our meat should look like no way our bread should be glued to the meat on both sides 🥺
So pissed off at Krystals right now!!
Purchased multiple gift cards in December 2019 to use in 2020, however no location would accept them. Now Krystals Corporate has discontinued their gift card program.
Sadly there was no information about it until I emailed them. Suddenly it’s on their website.
Sad when a company SCREWS their customers!

The restaurant is a good spot early in the morning for a fresh, hot meal, though it sometimes stops serving for a few hours to focus on delivery services.
