The customer service is terrible, I think everyone who works there is angry, I asked them once and they didn't answer and I asked again and they responded angrily.

I told the lady (about 45-50 years old) that the cheese on the esquite was spoiled! I even told my little sister to try it and she barely could🤢 it was disgusting. And the lady said: no, it can't be. Maybe you are not forced to eat it. HUUUH. I was born and raised in Mexico! This is nothing new😂 and then he said “Well, I'm going to try it” & as he went back to try it and came back and again said no! Shaking her head. He said “well what do you want?” Excuse me??? At least one piece of gum, lady. Because it's so hard to know... why would I lie? I didn't even eat it. With this economy, we can't pay for waste. I will not return again.

My niece dropped a tiny piece of ice cream on the floor and before we left the manager made us get on our hands and knees to clean it up! We've never been treated so badly anywhere!! By far!! Do not go here!!

Really good ice cream, but the restroom was gross according to my girlfriend, so I can't give 5 stars.
I always come get to get my elotes in a cup and my kids love the ice cream.
