Lennys Grill & Subs Reviews
I got the Chicken Philly, which I’ve had many times at other Lenny’s restaurants. The hoagie roll here was soaking wet. The lettuce was wilted and gross. There was no seasoning on the meat. It was totally disgusting. I ended up throwing it away and not eating it. I would’ve shared a picture but that feature is mysteriously not working on this review page. I would’ve tagged it as “disgusting food” but that was not one of the choices provided. Do better Memphis!...read full review

Lenny's Grill & Subs is a popular choice for travelers at the airport, offering tasty sandwiches throughout the day. Their bacon is extra crispy in the morning, and the sandwiches are always made with fresh bread, pleasing the taste buds of many. The Italian sub, done "Lenny's way," is a standout, surpassing the typical airport food experience. The chicken salad sandwich is also a hit with customers. While the line can be long, Lenny's has a convenient ordering system with an iPad-like device to skip the queue. The customizable "Mile High Turkey Sub" is a healthier option, though some customers found it a bit dry or over-seasoned. Parking can sometimes be limited, but there’s usually free parking nearby. The restaurant is very bright and colorful, making it kid-friendly with options like hot dogs and sub sandwiches for children. It is also very helpful for those with disabilities, offering wheelchair accessibility. However, some customers have experienced poor customer service, with issues like soggy hash browns, insufficient meat on sandwiches, or mistakes in order customization, such as onions on the Italian sub when not requested. Overall, Lenny's Grill & Subs remains a reliable place for a satisfying meal at the airport, despite occasional service hiccups.
