Ordered brownies at 8:00PM
Received an email saying my order was ready at 8:10.
Arrived at 8:15, no brownies.
Waited, and waited, AND WAITED!
Finally received my order at 8:55pm almost a whole hour later.
No explanation. No apology.
Service here is ALWAYS POOR!
Definitely NEVER coming back!
Food is usually good. But today I received an order of molded cinnamon squares. I called to advise them, and they wouldn't acknowledge or even apologize . I didn't want money back or free food, just to warn them to Check other orders. oh well, food is good just check your order before you eat.
For starters, I was placed on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up and called back. I finally got the order placed. I was told I would receive it in around 57 minutes. I called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and was told it’s coming. Twenty minutes later I called back and the manager answered. I was apologized to and told the driver was about to leave with it. The driver apologized when he arrived and said the other driver neglected to bring my order, so it just sat there....read full review
