Margaritas of Elvis

I called to make an order no answer decided to go to the location and All the servers were outside on the phone. The bartender looked me in my face twice and not once ask How may I help you or someone will be with you soon. This Margaritas missed out on several orders because NOBODY WANTS TO DO THER JOB AND WORK. 4128 Elvis Presley BLVD YOU ALL DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY MONEY BEING SPENT THERE AND i HAD 8 ORDERS.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I dined here, and while the food was okay, the service experience was disappointing. After our food was brought out, our waitress never came back to check on our table, ask if we needed refills, or see how everything was. The only time we saw her again was when she brought the receipt.

What made the experience more frustrating was discovering that an automatic tip had already been added to both of our checks. I understand restaurants may have policies about gratuities, but when service is minimal, it leaves a bad impression — especially for a table of two.

Customers should at least feel attended to and appreciated if a tip is automatically included. I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously going forward.”

The food was good.. The drinks okay but they took away karaoke night ... Me and my family was out enjoying ourselves and they all were singing and we all had a blast now they have taken that away. atmosphere would have gotten a good ratings but you all have taken away the music and the fun part

The workers and manager of this establishment are rude and lazy. I went with a party and was told I had to put down a credit card to hold the table for the rest of my party coming. I had just went 2 weeks prior and was able to get the same tables with no issue or need for a card. I asked the table of 8 that was there before me if they were told the same thing and they weren’t. When I tried talking to the manager about it, he walked away from me while I was talking. If it wasn’t for the dj and host there that apologized, I would’ve left. We had issues placing our order and drinks after we were seated and the waiter had an attitude. We had to send back food twice. The only reason we tolerated it was because of the hospitality from the dj. I would only go back because of them.

Tasty food and ridiculously big portions. I ordered the sampler platter and it came in a huge plate. After about an hour of working through it I finally gave up and put the rest in a to-go box. As you can see from the to-go box even half of the dish it fills it up

This place has always had fantastic service and food as of a month to a month and a half everything has changed prices how the meal or is what comes with it and they keep trying to charge you extra for everything it's a sad day
