Our first time to eat at Marlowe’s Rib & Restaurant. We had amazing food and the owner was great! The service was too notch also. We all loved this place and will be back for the best ribs, bbq chicken, brisket and fish. Our group of friends would 100% recommend it…

Marlowe's Ribs & Restaurant is a popular spot in Memphis for delicious BBQ. The brisket and ribs are highly praised, with the brisket described as melting and having excellent marbling. The restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere with low music and a lively crowd, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff, including servers like "V," provide outstanding service and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Guests often mention the amazing food, including ribs, bbq chicken, brisket, and fish, which are highly recommended. The menu features sides like okra, fried green tomatoes, green beans, sautéed mushrooms in gravy, and corn fritters, all considered fire. Customers can also enjoy options like a sandwich with a baked potato as a side. The restaurant caters to gluten and lactose allergies. The atmosphere is fun, with themes like pink limo pickups adding to the experience, and guests can even have a pink limousine come and pick them up. Overall, Marlowe's is known for its fantastic food, great service, and lively environment, making it a place worth visiting instead of heading to Beale Street. The owner, Missy, is recognized for being attentive and personable, contributing to the warm and welcoming vibe that has kept the restaurant in business since 1974.
