went in there today to meet my cousin and have lunch. who took forever to get someone to help me. i ordered the choose 2 I got a half a sandwich and half a salad and a tea. it came to 17.10. I asked the cashier blonde beaded girl with glasses that didn't sound right. I explained the amounts and explained it couldn't be that much for taxes. she said that's right I explained it to her again. she still didn't understand it. I'm sorry but she doesn't know what she is doing. I go to my table and look at receipt she charged me 1.50 for a frikken pickle spear and 1.50 for the dang dressing really? i got charged for the dressing on my salad. I should of asked for my money back for the whole thing. who ever trained her did a horrible job. I work hard for my money. this place is a rip off. I won't be back and won't be recommending this place to anyone. I should of asked for a damn refund very disappointing!!u

Good tea if you like just basic southern tea. I do and there’s is the best and almost always very cold.Food is ok, but chips were very stale and old today. Not sure what was up with that. Workers were polite and call in order was very fast.

Terrible service the workers are unorganized and struggle to do simple things. Dining room was messy nothing was cleaned. By far the worst service I have gotten from here will not be coming back anytime soon.

Hubby, my son, and I went here for lunch. The cashier was very professional and polite. He was training someone also, kudos to him he was getting that line down and the other workers came out the back and showed great teamwork in getting those orders out. Way to go guys. This is the one on Poplar and Highland.

We ordered a salad with no cheese ... the salad was COVERED in cheese. We ordered a half reuben ... there was about a 3rd of the meat there was supposed to be. They basically made a whole sandwich with the meat mostly on one side and cut that thing down the middle. It was essentially all bread. I swear no franchised restaurant in Memphis is worth your money anymore.

Nope! Ordered the Spud Max... A SPOONFUL of bacon, no sour cream, a tablespoon of cheese no chives hardly any meats. The ONLY good thing was the nice young lady that took the order. She was very pleasant. I won't be back.

A couple weeks ago I ordered from this McAlister's online. I was in a hurry, and somewhere I had to be within the next hour. I placed my order online and it gave a a time when it would be ready. I got to the store a little early and waiting in my car, so as not to crowd the store. About 7 min till my pick up time I went inside thinking maybe it was done early, if not I could wait of few minutes in the store. It took abut 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. Once I stated that I was waiting on a online order they told me that they where out of what I ordered, and they would get me something else. Like I said I was in a hurry, and I needed to hit the road. So I stated that I would just like a refund, figured I could get something later or maybe pick up something else faster. They told me that they could not give me a refund. Nobody at the location could help me. So I could either order something else or just be out the money. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I just needed to leave, but then I just lost that money. I manager would not speak with me, and least that is what I was told! I didn't want to loose the money, even though I have never been told they can refund me. If you don't give me what I ask for I would like my money back. I ordered another meal, and waited the 25 minutes for them to make my food. I was needless to say very late to my appointment. You live you learn. Never going back to this McAlister's.

This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks my order has been wrong. I ordered the King Club with no tomatoes & BBQ chips. Not only did the sandwich have tomatoes both times but it had extra. Also I didn't get BBQ chips, they gave me what that wanted me to have both times. However the order showed correct on the receipt. I've only eaten here 3 times & the 1st time I enjoyed it. I couldn't return the food because I used a delivery service. Needless to say I probably will not use this location again.

They only have one person working the register and 2 people in the kitchen on a Saturday. I tipped the poor girl who has to deal with all of these angry customers. I can't believe they would be so understaffed.

We came here for lunch and felt so welcomed by the staff. I mean above and beyond. The gentleman ringing us up had a big personality and was SO kind. If I needed to bring someone onto my business I would steal him! PAY THIS MAN MORE! He was so funny as well! We had peach iced teas that were so good and our food was awesome. Best McAlister's experience we have ever had. We will come back and definitely tell our friends this is the best location!!!

Not Green

We ordered our food 20 minutes before coming and I have been sitting here 30 mins waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you guys are short on staff you guys need to come up with a plan to make everything move smoothly, or let people know how long the wait time will before they order. We would have even had to wait for a refund . We will definitely not be back.

This location always fails to put correct items in bag. Got a choose two delivered because I have no car & I'm not at home. I didn't receive any utensils, no sour cream or butter, and no jalapeños for nacho basket . I can't even eat my dinner , very mad . Oh and they forgot my drink as well.
