So i go here a lot for lunch very regularly i always get the same thing, the food is not the issue, the food is great, the problem was today i had asked for an extra pickle, and i have no pickles at all. Seems little but thats one of the best things here and im just very disappointed in this. And my sandwich is not even sliced in half either so theres that. Just seems like the cook didnt try. I get people have bad days but this is still bad service.

Ordered a club to go. The staff was not very cordial or concerned but then I get home and I have a ham and turkey sandwich. NO BACON AT ALL, NO SWISS CHEESE AT ALL AND NO CHEDDAR CHEESE AT ALL!! For $13 I will go somewhere else but never again to this McAlisters.

Went in multiple times over the past few weeks and I must say, Alexis and Zy are top tier! They offer outstanding customer service! Alexis made it a point to make sure the customers got everything they needed, and when things weren’t going at an efficient manner she made sure to have her manager help assist her kitchen with the busy rush while giving people updates the entire time. While doing all of this Zy made sure to keep a very clean large dining room area the entire time while also being so friendly! She also made sure to get my pickles when they were left off. She is very personable, and both young ladies are well mannered, and respectful! They deserve a raise!!

I went to this location for lunch on 05/19/2025 I ordered the grilled chicken on a ciabatta with added avocado. My sandwich had an extremely long strand of hair melted into the cheese that I noticed after I had already eaten half of the sandwich.
My strawberry lemonade was bitter & watered down and my cheesecake slice looked as though someone ate off of it. This was not a good experience for me and it is not my preference to give reviews such as this but I completely wasted $20 for lunch. Very disappointing!!

Came 10 mins before closing.. wouldn’t serve me and locked the door as I left. If you close at 9 then close at 9! Unprofessional, it takes 2 mins to make a club.

However, the last few times, the sandwiches I order are missing key ingredients and the quality of the food has declined. The projected delivery time is usually delayed by 30 minutes. This will be my last time ordering from this establishment.
