Placed an online order October 5th. Arrived and it was obvious they were swamped. I had no issue with that as I understand everyone is dealing with shortages. Memphis Hacks-Cross Location
Completed on-line order for chicken salad sandwich and chili. Paid on-line. Arrived and was told they had neither. Asked for refund. Young lady was not sure how to complete. Manager calling from back trying to tell young lady how to do it. I receive a receipt back with ‘0’ and at the bottom it reads check closed.
