Living about a mile away, this has become my new go to placr for breakfast and lunch, if possible.The morning and lunch staff are friendly, and it often seems like a county seat square restaurant with staff checking on you and removing trash before you can.I work evenings, and often order online, with the cashier seeing my motor scooter, hey, come on around!Sure wish some others could learn from this one!

The McDonald’s is very clean. I always saw two people working. It is 1:30 in the morning. I have eaten countless number of burgers from McDonald’s in my lifetime and honest to God I have never had a burger as good as the one that I just ate from this McDonald’s. It was very well put together. It looked just like the picture, and it tasted like a homemade hamburger, I was shocked very good job team

McD's in Memphis, TN area have gone downhill with the McD's Experience. Promo displays are not maintained, managers are closing "dine-in" option, and by doing that, you can't stop-in, use the restroom, (which, those lobby's you can get in, the restrooms aren't maintained properly), and enjoy a sit-down lunch/dinner break. SadKid-friendliness: Stores in Memphis, to my knowledge and experience, are not kid-friendly nor kid-safe! So sad. To say, I rarely ever see children at a Memphis-McDonald's!

When people are paying the max items your establishment should at least provide them what is company policy.. I ordered a frappe paid 5 dollars plus and it look like slop and the employee insisted it was what was required. I’ve been working and eating at different restaurants for years and services is at an all time

What the point of being 24 hours if your workers stop working before 10pm and won't answer the drive thur box.. been sitting out her for 20 plus mins. Someone answered 10mins

The food was good for what I got. The Big Mac meal. It was okay place. It was clean and nice. Both drinks machines were down in the lobby with one pulled apart. As a maintenance technician myself… I find it unacceptable as it’s too easy to call a vendor to come fix it same day service. The cost of food more than covers the overhead cost and wages and leaves room enough for things like that. There should be a sign on it stating it was down, not pulled apart for everyone to see. Set the example and set the bar high. Invest in your employees and customers
