Took FOREVER to order at the driverthru , fries were terribly undercooked and greasy, mcCrispy sandwich was so smashed, bun was 1/4 in thick, nothing like their advertisement. Not in the best area.
I’ve sat here for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything and me saying hello 5 times, why even be open.

The McDonald's restaurant near Memphis is a popular dining destination that offers a consistently pleasant experience. The friendly and attentive staff work together with passion, often checking on customers and promptly clearing trash. The restaurant has gained loyal fans, including a scooter-riding regular who appreciates the welcoming cashiers and the efficient mobile app. The store's atmosphere is shaped by the manager, who is described as the "head of the house." To maintain a successful operation, the manager must acknowledge what's being done right and address any issues with courage.
