There was no sign indicating that they wer out of Frappe’s when I used my free points! After I used it I asked do I get my points back I was told no I don’t eat McDonalds all I like is the frappe but I won’t b visiting this location ever again and I need my 4500 points back cuz I’m not eating the sandwich they gave to substitute it

Multiple times now I've gone and sat by the menu without any word from the window 5,10, even 15 minutes on one visit. This last time they had the nerve to have an attitude when I called them to say id been waiting at the menu for 5 minutes without hearing anything, not even a “one moment please.”

I ordered on the mobile app on Christmas. It appeared that they were open despite the holiday. I showed up to pick up my food. All the doors were locked and no one was manning the drive-thru. The app said that it was too late to cancel the order. I still got charged and I got no food. Rough start to Christmas :/

Like they let you order on the app but when you pull up they like we don’t have no drinks like bruh your foods ALREADY mediocre and you telling me you don’t have the one thing that keeps me coming back. The fact you have to ask for fresh fries is mind blowing... Especially when thats the only thing you order and they always give stale overly salty fries... Food quality is definitely not on the list when it comes to customer service.

More expensive than other McDonald's and worse. They had me pull ahead even though there was no one else there I waited for ten minutes with no info and had to rush to work without lunch. If you've gotta eat McDonald's just drive the extra mile to the ones in Germantown.
This will always never have anything kike Mike shake, MC flurry or ice cream they will always say no ice or ice machine broken down and when go inside to eat and having a drink dispenser has no drink or ice so not recommended to eat at this place, take them like 5 min to get my drink. Really bad place to eat here

We live within .5 miles of this location and every single time we drive through or run in we are disappointed. The wait times are unreasonable. The Management, low staffing, and supply on demand just awful. They never have what we order. The most simple things like an iced tea or sweet n sour sauce. If you order on the app when you arrive they dont have those items you've already purchased, like a quarter pounder. Its unfortunate. We honestly never go to McDs anymore because of these experiences. Not worth the $ or headache.

I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally pulled around, they didn’t know what my order was. When I got my food, my patty was burnt and was tough. Not a good experience. Will not be back.

One of their employees was eating food on the line. Male's restroom is horrendous with pee everywhere. No hair nets. No gloves. Smells like armpit and butt inside. 30 minutes' wait for a one-person order is insane. STAY AWAY!!!
