My breakfast sandwich was not correct and my tea was unsweetened when I asked for a sweet tea. The sandwich was supposed to be a sausage egg mcmuffin but was a sausage mcmuffin. I tried calling to tell them but no one answered the phone. The sad thing about it they asked at the pick up window what was my order and it was still wrong

I order both the smoothie flavors and they came out looking like they was made and two separate years one needed a straw and the other needed a spoon and I think they made one of them over multiple times and it still wasn’t right….

Does anyone work here? I've been sitting in the drive thru lane (along with several other cars) and no one is helping us. Finally, after 20 minutes a voice came over the speaker. A very unenthusiastic employee decided to take my order. I paid with cash and what do ya know, they shorted me my change. I guess some of us just have too high of hopes when we go to a fast food restaurant and expect to buy food!

I order 2 burgers one was a meal from the website for delivery they messed up my whole order an just gave me a drink in some fries no burger n then it’s hard to get a refund on the website because theres no chat on there so now I have to spend more money but from a different location smh
Horrible the moment it gets about 10pm the store closes, then by the slight chance i do catch them open they always say their card reader is broken and will only accept cash.

I went through the drive through for a $5 meal deal and was told my card was declined. I told him that doesn't make sense, but gave him another card which went through. I checked my card statement while still there and saw that the 1st transaction was not declined. It had gone through. when I showed the guy and the manager they said they only have the one from the second card. I was literally showing them the transaction deducted from my card and they still did not refund my money. I attempted to call the supervisor (number on the window) only to get a voicemail. I left a message and tried to call back about 5 minutes later and the phone went straight to voicemail. Of course the owner of the restaurant's contact info is not listed. If you patronize this business you might want to use cash.
