I placed an order via the mobile app and pulled up to the drive thru speaker just to wait 10 minutes for someone to address me after saying hello 3xs. Once the male addressed me on the speaker he told me to hold on a minute, we will be right with you. Sir, I’ve already waited 10 minutes and y’all still not ready. It took them another 10 minutes to take my order. I gave my mobile app code and pulled forward and waited 15 minutes before the lady opened the window to hand me my food. I watched inside as all the employees dragged their feet like they didn’t want to be at work. Please be thankful that you all have a job! Also, after receiving my food I asked the lady were they short staff she says she don’t speak English. Why are you at the drive thru window if you don’t understand me!? Get it together!!! I will not be returning due to poor service.
