This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m not even ordering food! I’m here to pick up a delivery order and I have been sitting at the speaker for well over half an hour, the only response given to me at the speaker is “Please hold” they’re skipping folks and this is just ridiculous!! Find better people to run your stores please!!

I get to the place and order my food and then when I drive through the first window, she said what is your order? I replied back what I order and then she asked again and then I repeated again to her, so she finally gets it and I drive to the second window to pay, and then I get asked again what is my order? If she could see my receipt I gave it to her and still got my order wrong like their service and attitude. It’s so bad like instead of them you know putting attention to what they’re doing they’re just talking to each other and giving peoples orders wrong.

This store is terrible. It’s on my way to work, otherwise I wouldn’t bother with them..I pull up in the drive-thru for breakfast and they say they’re not ready well after time to open. This has happened twice in the last couple weeks. On top of that, I placed a mobile order and you can’t cancel an order through the app. Now I’m stuck trying to call them and they won’t pick up the phone. Service is always terrible and the food is hit or miss at best. They’ve been out all soft drinks multiple times. It’s a dumpster fire.
