The employees were having unprofessional conversations in the presence of customers and didn't seem to care.My son placed an online order for a Frappuccino, but something was going with the machine i guess ??♀️ because the employee said, "We not gone be able to make that Frappuccino" but she didn't say why, didn't ask if I wanted anything in place of it and neither did she try to offer me my money back I had to say " well can I get an icy in the place of it. They were fast and service was fine, but minus 2 stars because they told us we couldn't order water since we got a combo. So...we aren't allowed to have water as a drink? Since when?

Over the past few years I’ve seen a lot of improvements . The manager has a natural care for what he’s doing . The crew definitely are more friendly and it’s not freezing in the lobby anymore . Food is hot and fresh .
