I usually don’t give bad reviews unless I’ve received some really bad experiences from a place and this McDonald’s is definitely one of the worst of the franchises in my area. All I ordered was a Large caramel frappe. The picture I’ve attached can show that they didn’t even fill up the cup but rather than to make more to fill the cup they used whipped cream to accommodate it which is such an utter insult since I don’t care for the whipped cream and then to top it all off there was absolutely NO ice whatsoever in the frappe. I will never go here anymore tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Please if you want good service and food DONT GO HERE.

Our first time in Memphis and we wanted a quick bite to eat from a 7 hr trip. Not quick at all, a 30 minute wait for 10 nuggets, 2 sandwiches, a flat coke and fries. Customer service was on the floor even tho we waited so long, she didn’t even look us in the eye. Wish I would’ve read the reviews :/
The fries she gave me were done in old grease and she even admitted it when I asked. The crazy part is she came back to the window with the same EXACT fries!!

I think this place would make a great haunted house because I think it's ran by angry ghosts. You can see "employees", but they don't take your order, only weird static and angry whispers through the speaker, so who knows about everything else?
