Midtown Crossing has been my husband and I's favorite midtown restaurant since we moved to Memphis 2 years ago. Usually only the locals are aware of this hidden gem. It's a small building but you don't notice since the food is incredibly good. They make everything from scratch and bake it in their fire brick ovens. Local fun events are hosted inside and the owner/chef creates unique dishes for special occasions. On Saturdays and Sundays they feature an awesome brunch...
The pizza is amazing...the 2 slice and a drink special is a deal you won't find anywhere else in the area...the people working there are all awesome and they make the atmosphere fun and friendly...all in all, best pizza I've eaten in Memphis.
Pretty cool neighborhood place. Bartender made a very special cocktail, that was awesome. Ate a few appetizers. Bathroom was clean...and quite unique in it's design. Pizzas the best bet. Get there before too late, kitchen closes bit early. My first visit at night with friend, really had overall great experience.
