I made reservations for One11Madison for my birthday dinner on Friday December 19 a party of 3 when my guests ask for water we was told that we would have to buy water for 4$ in a bottle that's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of or seen a restaurant do that to paying customers our we order our dinner and cocktails which was over 180 between 3 people and One11 wants to charge for water i tried to patronize blk businesses and this is what you get i vist upscale restaurant...read full review
Absolutely horrid food, the worst brunch could ask. French toast dry says with fruit quarter of strawberry that is it threw it in trash after one night sausage over salted for 60 dollars for two ended up eating somewhere else waste of money as food is terrible in Addition drink remy 1738 poured syrup instead of asked for splash of juice also waste of good liquor out of all places downtown Memphis nice interior terrible food and drink
"We love to have a great time, and last night we went to One11Madison. Listen, the entertainment, the customer service, the ambiance, the cleanliness, in my opinion, are top-tier. The owner, Keith, we spoke with him, and I can assure you he valued what his patrons had to say. There’s a right way and a wrong way to deliver a message, and depending on how it’s delivered determines how it’s received. It can go good or bad.
