We noticed how truly amazing the service and attention was for our last minute reservation for 7 on a FRIDAY. They outdid themselves seeking to care and anticipate our needs. The food quality did not seem to be as fresh as it had once been but premade yet overall we enjoyed the experience. Quality and quantity we less than optimal.

I'll start with the good things. We were seated quickly and our server was right over. Our drinks and appetizer came quickly. However, the crab wontons were spoiled. The crab was rancid. Our server was gracious about it and quickly took them away. Our dinner arrived and it was fine but the frozen meals from Trader Joe's are so much better than what we were served. They weren't bad, just not the quality I remember from PFChangs. It was a Saturday night and there were only six tables of guests. The overall place was not clean and we observed another server “clean” a table by wiping everything in the floor. This experience reminded me why we haven't been in a while. I don't foresee this location staying open much longer.

Our waitress was so much fun and very polite. She recommended some great birthday drink options and was willing to take my photos. I thought I would have some left overs but the food was so good, I didn't leave anything extra. I ordered the veggie roll and salmon with white rice. Will definitely visit them again soon.

The prices were a bit high. When we were there a Emergency happened and someone came from the back and said'do you have check? We have an emergency and need to evacuate the building.' She walked away. Fire dept came in and started rushing around. We continued to sit there then our server came to the table no urgency and took our payment, brought us some take out container's and was acting like NOTHING was wrong. No Manager in sight, no explanation NO URGENCY. Really turned me off from wanting to return.. All they wanted was the MONEY. Could care less about Our Safety.

Service here is horrible. Dirty dishes all over the bar. I usually sit at bar to watch Spirts on TV. Bar tender was very rude . I waited 30 minutes and my food had not been delivered, the couple waited 20 minutes and was never greeted so they left. The manager didn’t really seem to care. This happened on Saturday 12/6/25. Won’t be going back and I certainly will never recommend this place to anyone. Such a shame as the new chef is amazing and I love many of their dishes. Service gets zero star rating

Other than a massive coughing attack with the 3 adults and 3 month old baby we we t through, along with customers coughing behind us from a sauce that was poured and sizzled on our appetizer. That wasn't cool at all. Coughing and watering eyes. Waitress acted as if it was no big deal. Couple behind us struggled as well. Maybe warn us ??

This food was horrible gnats and bugs was flying my rice was ridiculous overall experience was terrible and I will never return.

I ordered a quick meal on Uber Eats tonight. First was an appetizer of crab wonton was not edible at all! I took one bite and the crab tasted spoiled the wonton was chewy. Second was an order of lo mein with chicken, shrimp and beef. The lo mein was fine but all of the meat was hard, overcooked and dried out. Horrible!
