We haven't eaten here in about 8 - 10 years. Back in the day, this was the place to be.. for food and atmosphere. We walked into a nasty, stained , sticky table, funky smelling, run down establishment. We came at lunch. We got several items off the lunch menu and attempted to pass them around for everyone to sample. All were terrible. We couldn't finish any of them. We will just remember the good ole days.. and won't be back

Kinda slow for the evening. But had fast service sitting at the bar. Greeted quickly upon entering by the hostess and other staff. The nicest server/bartender made some recommendations, took my order then began chatting, where others talk first then place order. Food was as expected. One of the better locations for the chain. Must return

The service was extremely slow. The waitress was very pleasant. She had a table with "special" guests, and it took her longer to give adequate attention to us. I gave service a 3 because others in the restaurant saw she was struggling with one table and took forever to step up and help her out. Our order was in, and we were just waiting. We finally got our drink order, and about another 20 minutes went by, and we got our food. We will give them another opportunity. The food and drinks were very good.

We had Kiana, Nikita, and Nyla. They were so nice to us and we laughed the whole time! Kiana was our waitress, and Nikita was killing it cleaning up the tables. Nyla was our hostess and was really nice!

Three weeks I waited for mgmt to contact me. Customer service told me this was escalated and no one has called back. BIT on bone or rock in rice. I was OK. Gm never came to table, big guy dressed in all black. I never asked for free meal, waiter never offered. Things happen so I wasn't tripping. No incident report. Manager never came to table to ask if I'm ok. But calling customer service 3 times promising a manager to call. No. Now the district manager was supposed to call. Nope. The place was empty. I've eaten at pf about 20 times, but management dropped the ball. You lost a customer, bit obviously they didn't care.

Actually pretty good food for a chain restaurant. We had the Lettuce Wraps, Pad Thai with Tofu and Fried Rice with Chicken. Large portions and Chicken. All delicious! Service was outstanding!

Todays visit was, unfortunately, complete letdown. From start to finish, the experience was marred by several issues.Firstly, the soup we ordered arrived at room temperature, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. This was followed by a major error in our entrées, as one dish was served with tofu instead of chicken. Additionally, the quality of the chicken fried rice was subpar and didn't meet our expectations based on previous visits.To make matters worse, when we requested remakes of the dishes, it took an unacceptable amount of time for them to be prepared and served, nearly 30 minutes in total. This level of service is simply unacceptable.Overall, our dining experience was highly disappointing. We left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future. I would not recommend this restaurant to others based on the lack of attention to detail, poor quality control, and slow service.

I have Been to over 20 P.F. Chang’s with visiting several locations multiple times, California, Texas, Illinois This one has the worst service I have ever experienced 3:10pm 9 tables with customers. 20 empty tables. Took 8 min to get a seat another 8-10 min for a waiter to take my order. This is the first P.F. Chang’ that had semi loud Dance Music.

Had a bad experience recently. Ordered Mapo Tofu for take out. Take out price is more than the dine in and despite that, brown rice was undercooked and the quantity was less. This was my first take out and i amNot sure if their quality degraded or this happened because it was take out. Not worth $18.They lost a customer!
