The food was what you expect for any Panera, the atmosphere what interesting it was a different layout as if it was something before and turned into a Panera. The staff was pretty much hangin out in the kitchen chatting and eating. When you try to order you can all see them via a window cut it out but they just tell the front end girl to go up.

Got my order wrong. They were out of romaine lettuce. Chunks of curdled half and half in the bottle at coffee station. Then only refunded part of my order. I really like Panera. This one is a disappointment.

My chicken frontega sandwich had a few pieces of meat on it and 1 tomato slice and my Ceasar salad came with 1 teaspoons worth of dressing. Not exaggerating.
Walked in and there was nobody at the counter to talk to so we decided to order from the kiosk (we're Canadian so we don't know the menu very well). I ordered but wanted to clarify something and couldn't get anyone's attention to ask a question. Once I stuck my head around the back to ask, they all looked at me like I was crazy and bothering them. Then they didn't even call our name when our order was ready so we had no idea, it just sat there and they could care less that we were waiting. Terrible customer service. Staff were just laughing, talking and on their phones in the back without a care in the world for customers. Unpleasant experience...please do better!Ps. Food was good though!

Twice I have placed a mobile order and both times, while to go orders piled up behind the counter and more than 5 customers stood waiting, the employees pretended not see all the customers. Then, when one of us asked for help, it was met with a very poor attitude. The employee remakes “Just ask the lady there” and walked off.

I ordered brocoli cheddar soup, but i recieved this broccoli cheddar like macaroni soup..not good. My sandwich was a chicken frotega, very dry and hard bread. Im done with panera ?

To summarize what every other review has stated, yes. The service here is horrid. @OWNER: FIRE EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING OCTOBER 19 2023 AT 4PM. They are only hurting your business. Bunch of ignorant self centered kids who would rather talk about drugs and boozing on the streets later than to even say hello to a customer entering the store

Decided to order because of "free delivery" coupon. Except there was a $4+ extra fee instead. Try to be open if you're going say free delivery. Plus, 6 of the 8 soups weren't available as of 6pm. That's a little early to be completely out of most of your soups I think. Then the GPS of the driver took her all over Collierville (but that's not Panera's fault).What we got was good food and still fairly warm. I just wish we could have ordered what we originally wanted and really got free delivery.
Panera is it's own type of good. Their bread is special.
