Walked in and there was nobody at the counter to talk to so we decided to order from the kiosk (we're Canadian so we don't know the menu very well). I ordered but wanted to clarify something and couldn't get anyone's attention to ask a question. Twice I have placed a mobile order and both times, while to go orders piled up behind the counter and more than 5 customers stood waiting, the employees pretended not see all the customers. Then, when one of us asked for help, it was met with a very poor attitude. The employee remakes “Just ask the lady there” and walked off.

The food was what you expect for any Panera, the atmosphere what interesting it was a different layout as if it was something before and turned into a Panera. The staff was pretty much hangin out in the kitchen chatting and eating. When you try to order you can all see them via a window cut it out but they just tell the front end girl to go up.
