I haven’t been to Panera bread in a long time. I was not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious chili that I had never tasted before from there. It was full of beans and meat then wonderful sauce as you would expect from a good chili. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, with a smile. This is Panera Bread... It is exactly what one would expect from a Panera Bread. I felt a cup of soup, half a sandwich, and coffee should have been a little less than. $14 and some change. The soup was good, the sandwich was not bad, the coffee was okay to yet much better than a cup from a gas station. After being in less than desirable areas of Memphis, it felt as if it was in a mall where I wasn't likely not get mugged or shot.
Difficulty communicating a special order then felt overcharged. Was served bread with meal after getting a sandwich when should have had a choice. Wasn't given an option. Felt everything overpriced .Soup only lukewarm but was tasty.
