This is Panera Bread... It is exactly what one would expect from a Panera Bread. I felt a cup of soup, half a sandwich, and coffee should have been a little less than. $14 and some change. The soup was good, the sandwich was not bad, the coffee was okay to yet much better than a cup from a gas station. After being in less than desirable areas of Memphis, it felt as if it was in a mall where I wasn't likely not get mugged or shot.

Employee was rude and didn't pay attention to order, they forgot an entire item off my order, food is cold and didn't include ingredients (got a bacon chipotle melt, had no bacon at all), food was bland and tasted off.

If you have a choice and can go to the Panera at grove park and poplar. I would highly recommend going to that location. The Panera at poplar/ridgeway by target is Less than enthused to have customers. Location is understaffed with long wait time and unfriendly employees. We were barley acknowledged while waiting in line or being waited on. Overall compared to the excellent experience we had at Panera down the street in the fire we will just make the extra drive for a better experience. Panera at ridgeway can very easily solve their problems by being better staffed. This was a pre-covid issues at this store so my thoughts it's a management issue.

I do Uber deliveries and I’ve had multiple cases of the staff messing up orders, customers calling the restaurant, and the managers blaming the Uber drivers. On top of this they’ve left out parts of my meals before.

This is pretty typical of Panera (not just this location), but always frustrating.
I drove up to order from my car and tried to order over the phone because they have two huge DRIVE-UP ORDERING signs, the lady that answered the phone said they did not have "drive-up ordering", so I went inside to order. As I'm waiting for my food in my car, she literally walks out and is taking other peoples orders to their car! I'm really tired of lazy a** people not doing their jobs. I am going to call the management. End of rant, I feel better now.

All of my Pick up order was wrong, both soup and sandwich. Had to go back on a rainy day. Keep in mind I only order one sandwich from them for years. When I finally got there the girl with glasses claimed that it was the right sandwich. The name of the sandwich is 'chicken chipotle AVOCADO sandwich'. There was absolutely NO avocado? and she said she "knows" how to make her sandwiches. Dont even second think about getting a genuine apology about making customers come back because of their mistake. Worst Penra bread service I've ever had. I wont ever be coming back to this panera bread, despite my love for their food.

Difficulty communicating a special order then felt overcharged. Was served bread with meal after getting a sandwich when should have had a choice. Wasn't given an option. Felt everything overpriced .Soup only lukewarm but was tasty.

My visit was ok. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and they gave me something totally different. A waste of my money

I was ordering my food at 13:15 on 1/2/20 I had nothing but problems today at this Panera Bread I always eat here for lunch. According to my receipt my cashier name was Jayson. She told me I would have to be rung up separately for a cookie because I didn't order a drink. Another lady was trying to help her but Jayson gave her such attitude in front of all the customers. I would prefer to be greeted by a happy smile with a pleasant attitude. I order a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and I didn't get the top bread piece of the bread bowl. Panera I expect the ultimate customer service or I will talk my business some where else. Not a happy customer today.
