My wife and I have been long time patrons of Paulette's dating back to the days when it was located in Overton Square. Last night was the first time we have experienced poor service. The server was was poor, the food was not prepared properly ( over cooked and under cooked) and took a long time to make it to the table. Sorry we will not be returning unless there is a change.

I highly suggest going on a Monday night for the weekly Monday specials. You can not beat the value for the 3 course meal. It allows for a laid back and relaxing experience. Service was wonderful too. Anastasi is the best. Highly professional and attentive to your every need.

We had a small wait to get in at our appointment time but was greeted as we walked in the door and was told that'll be a minute. Once we sat down, we were greeted by the waiter and everything went well from there we would definitely be back.

Oh where to begin...took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day, thinking I couldn't go wrong with "Memphis Institution." Boy was I wrong. The only thing worse than the food was the service. The waiter conceded in the first thirty seconds that "the kitchen is churning out meals," meaning that quality might be greatly affected--and it was. My girlfriend discovered 7 bones in her fish fillet within the first four bites. After battling through the meal, the bus boy, real impertinent fellow, expected us to do his job for him. We stacked our own dishes. Save yourself the emotional and financial damage. Go to Flight instead.

My wife and I go here on occasion. It is a consistent, very good restaurant. We like the quiet, refined atmosphere as well. This visit my wife's steak was undercooked, but they remedied it immediately and gave us a complimentary dessert to make up for the inconvenience.

only leaving this review to be as honest as I wish others had been when we chose to eat here. the food is unfortunately mediocre for the fine dining price tag. the sides have no flavor or seasoning, the steak is just ok. I had to change my entire order because the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. I did love the atmosphere and the service from our waiter, though. Due to the food quality, I would not return.

Paulette's is always such a treat. The food and service are both great, and the view of the river while dining is first-class. We look forward to going back soon.

Booked the Valentine's Day experience.. absolutely terrible from normal experiences on other days. Out of appetizers, entrees cold & steak and lobster were bitesize. Would not recommend for any holiday. I wish I could get a refund spending over $250.

I really enjoyed valentine night with my husband. The service was splendid, food magnificent, and I loved the ambiance. I plan to dine again for my mother birthday and just to have breakfast/brunch. Also, so romantic as well.

If I could give -5 that's what I would give. In my 54 years on planet earth I've never eaten a worse steak. Waiter was a no show. All our glasses stayed empty. We ordered two drinks they both of them wrong. I could have spent 200 of lotto tickets and Taco Bell and had a better meal.

They can’t tell the difference between a ribeye and a filet. Told the special was a filet… and a ribeye comes out. Asked about top shelf alcohol… I get the most bland description ever back.
