We dined here for our first time yesterday evening. Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes & shrimp appetizer. Deviled eggs were yummy. Popovers were tasty, too. My husband’s ribeye was velvety, with crisp sear and delicious. It comes with a whole tomato, sliced with no seasonings or anything… You can add mashed potatoes for $6 and they were tasty, though slightly sweet. If you are ever in Memphis, take a worthwhile jaunt out to Mud Island for this off-the-path gem. Overlooking the Mississippi River, this delightful restaurant is classy with elegant decor. Lovely jazz music at just the right volume. Manager Mika and server Brianna provided wonderful service. I had none been to Paulette' in many years and it was a very beautiful experience. The food was amazing and all the other parts was wonderful. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any crepes listed on the menu other than 2 appetizers. I do plan to go back on a Saturday for brunch.. They were beautiful to help celebrate a birthday for my friend
