I’m an event planner and I’ve done several events here. I’m pleased with the atmosphere, professionalism, and the food is great. I highly recommend Perch 74 for an event rental or just for a nice brunch date.

This was my first time here and the young lady hostess was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and not over or under seasoned. The atmosphere is wonderful and it is decorated nicely and soft instrumental music is playing. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return with family and friends. I also ordered two to go salads and they look 👀 very tasty. 😋

Enjoyed my lunch this week at Perch. Service was great and pretty quick too considering the lunch crowd! I’d definitely go back for lunch and hopefully soon to try breakfast options. It’s located inside the office building to the left and I believe they have a ton of space to host events too. Very nice. Oh and CLEAN!!

We very much enjoyed our lunch at this little hidden place. I had the strawberry salad with grilled chicken. Mom had a burger. Husband had wings. They were all wonderful! And priced reasonably. (See pics)

This was my b'day request so yes, I love their breakfast! Their bacon and eggs are delish; however, I arrived a little too late so ordered the wings. They weren't horrible but I like a little more season. The hostess is a sweetheart and helps out as much as she can. Sometimes I do have to ask her to repeat what she is saying because she is soft spoken...
I enjoy this place for the most part I just wish the breakfast lasted a little bit longer but oh well, I enjoy it here each time I come. Oh and free refills on beverages
