I have received poor customer service from this store multiple times. The most recent: I was notified 45 minutes ago that my pizza was out for delivery, called to check on the order after over 30 minutes and was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes, then called back and was immediately transferred to the call center. After multiple attempts to speak with a supervisor, I was offered no apology and $5 off my order (and still had still not talked to a supervisor). (My pizza arrived...read full review
