I went thru the drive thru & the order i got wasnt what i ordered. I was very glad i noticed it before leaving the parking lot. I got back in drive thru line & i got what i ordered but my burger was very greasy, way to greasy! I felt nauseous all afternoon as i felt like i had a mouth full of grease between 2 buns!!! Yuck!!!
The food was okay it could have been better the fries tasted kind of burnt they will not fresh tastes like they had been sitting out they just redipped them in the grease and the manager got mad because I asked for a cup of water and she had a attitude and they are always out of stuff I asked for barbecue sauce they never have barbecue sauce I ordered a 10-piece nugget and a small fry I mean it doesn't matter how much something costs you just still expect for it to be fresh if...read full review

Do not place an order on the app for here or the Poplar Germantown location on the mobile app. The Kirby location took my money through the app and had no record of the order. It's Friday and I can't talk with customer service until Monday.
