My party was all first-timers at Pollard's. The concensus was that the barbecue ranks up there with some of the best we've ever had! You're talking about three 50-or-over people who have had a LOT of barbecue! That's saying something! Pulled pork sandwich was out of this world delicious! The slaw abd beans were scrumptious. If anything, I wish I'd ordered two sandwiches!!
Set back from the road a little bit with ample parking and a simple storefront was what I was looking for. Off Beale Street but still BBQ quality.
