Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is terrible they need someone from corporate to come see about them ASAP. Everyone's attitude is nasty in there an they just talk to the customers any kind of way. The wait time be almost 45mins to an hour waiting on food. The restaurant is nasty the floors feel like grease on them customers in the dining area an cash register area sliding across the floor you can see the slippery stuff on the floor.The drink machine needs cleaning as well as the counter tops.The kitchen area is dirty the workers will ignore customers after they catch attitudes with the customers.The manager James let them do whatever an talk to him any kind of way too. It's no sense of urgency when it come to the workers the line be long inside an outside. Its to many people working in the kitchen an they all moving slow an pretending to do work. They need to go do a retraining session or fire everybody an start over. Because if they didnt want to be at work they should call off nobody wants to deal with any of their attitudes an the cussing that they do in there. An they also dont have chicken cooked sometimes. They have to do better this is unacceptable.Corporate need to get there ASAP..

Everything was absolutely awful. I gave 1 star because despite the long wait, I could tell staff really were working hard. Early Sunday afternoon my food was old,cold and hard.

How do you run out of flour? Sounds like management needs a review.

Rule of thumb for this particular location, don’t go past 7PM if you’re expecting to actually get enough food to feed your family. Waited in line 20+ minutes only to get told they don’t have enough tenders for all our orders and they were out of sweet tea. First off, you’re a chicken place and your SUPPOSE to be open til 11PM so you’re telling me that you’re not gonna have chicken tenders for the rest of the day and tomorrow and the next day until your truck comes whenever? Be so for-real. And you’re out of tea? Ok? Make some more! You’re literally in a food service that already ain’t fast, management don’t actually do anything to better the overall quality cuz we’re in Memphis & they know folks gonna pull up anyways, and whoever reads these reviews don’t even offer a better experience to the reviewer so it’s just read and forgotten but at least whoever does read this customer wise will know. Also, after about 8:30PM heads up; “they outta chicken, their card reader don’t work, and they ain’t got no cash drawer to take cash”… aka; they manager ain’t there and they tryin to close early cuz they don’t want to do the job they applied for and signed up to do but they wanna ride that clock. I worked in, lead, and managed food service for years in the casino industry, your job ain’t that hard baby.

My dr pepper tasted like coke.🤬 and the drink dispenser shot water at me

Most of the time ( not all, the food is great, hot and fresh) but service is mediocre at best. The biggest problem for some reason ar all popeyes is store hours. I arrived at 10 sharp. Sign off, I thought, usual stuff, never open on time at lest when I come. Then the employee came on, I'm like wow, ok. Then what does she say, sorry we won't be open for 20 minutes.

Zero stars should be given, restaurant lobby floor is super greasy you will be slipping and sliding trying to place an order, the crew is extremely rude and lazy they do not want to give you fresh chicken or tenders when requested they will argue with you and roll their eyes when you tell them you’ll wait on your chicken or tenders to come out fresh, at 9:25pm every night they will either lied to the customers and tell us that their system is down or that they only have mild chicken available. Every night after 9:25pm it’s the same cycle with this lazy, incompetent staff. In my opinion everyone should get fired their obviously losing Popeyes more money then their making them. Horrible staff, my only hope is that corporate sees this review, and that this helps others in their decision making.

Another Popeyes gone to hell,, Listing shows open until 11:00pm.
Arrived at 9:40 pm, cashier told me they were closed, she had NO cash drawer and no way for debit charges, ,,,
They had a few breasts in a throw away aluminum pan and some wings in another pan. NOTHING else...
To drive across town and to have a place closed and hour and a half before posted time is ridiculous...
The manager with the gray shirt came out and was locking the door behind me as I expressed my disgust....
Avoid the hassle,,, don't waste your time or effort going here...
