So you tell me you will cancel service on the inside for good is crazy good luck Popeyes.

This young lady Khyla was by far the most patient, benevolent, sweetest person I have ever ran across. Popeyes should be honored to have this young lady working under their name. She is a prime example of fantastic customer service and what customer service should be. Customers was pushing and pulling her in every way. This did not change the professionalism that she had. She went above and beyond to meet every customer standard. I believe that the customers was more patient because of the way she carried herself. I think she should be in leadership. The day that I was in Popeyes, it was overcrowded but she stood up for the challenge. You are a wonderful person and you are appreciated.

I’m just wondering why no one preparing or touching the food is wearing gloves. Not one person in the back has gloves on and they’re just touching the food.
This is the slowest laziest inconsistent Popeyes Everytime u come here it's a problem long line lobby locked 😔 I wish these restaurants had more competitions in cities where there's food trucks and restaurants everywhere food be amazing and customer service.

This location was to open at 10.00am but didn't open until 10.40pm I was very disappointed I would like for this restaurant to still be my favorite one.
Harried workers, understaffed. Company itself is bogus, offering less and charging more.

Not sure why we hardly ever eat at Popeyes. The spicy chicken was delicious. Dining room was cold and there was some impolite language used by employees to each other in our presence. If we had used the drive thru, my rating would've been higher.

I've had nothing but poor experience with this store for over 4 years. From not taking credit cards, unavailable menu items, to sour spoiled Cole slaw. After this evening, their online ordering sent my food to a store 3 miles from where it was supposed to be. I'm completely over Popeye's period.
Mostly take out excellent food and very reasonable prices. Especially on take out

For the second time we ordered doordash and food came missing as well as drinks. The dasher ensure no drinks were given them and the bad was sealed. We paid for food we never got and they don't answer the phone either. This is the Popetes on Germantown Rd in Cordova.

I use to work for Popeyes and it always amazes me that people that order on the app or with doordash think their orders come first . First of all we don't work for doordash and as far as the app ordering goes the person thats packing the orders for the drive-thru and the lobby are the same people packing the online and doordash orders. So if we're short-handed it's going to be a longer wait time. I actually have been at work where there were only three people working. The Cook the person packing the orders and the drive-thru cashier. So yes the lobby would be locked because of that. Online orders never got packed first . If I had time and we weren't extremely busy I would pack them and place them on the shelf for pickup. If we're busy they got packed when you came to the drive-thru and gave your name. People need to quit acting so entitled. Ordering on the app or doordash doesn't put you at the head of the line.
