This place needs to be shut down. Someone from upper management needs to come and show these ghetto folks how to provide better customer service. This location makes the cars stop at a certain point to manipulate the timer. Staff seems to be young. They were literally going back and forth while we were waiting on the food. This place is a 1 Star establishment. I hate that it's the only one near my house because I love Popeyes but not this exact location. They hire such ghetto people which brings down the value of the establishment!

Horrible service and food never eat there again

Just left there ordered a 16 piece family meal. They had no coleslaw and didn’t give me the biscuits. I called before going back up there, they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Chicken looked half fresh and half old. Never

This was a drive-thru order so really can't comment on the atmosphere inside. Staff was very friendly. Chicken was slightly over-cooked and the RedBeans and rice were over spiced.

At this point just close this location down! I normally go to the olive branch location or Winchester this location is my very last option! Stopped by today and the attitude of the workers are just awful food is never fresh never have honey chicken or anything! And the young worker at the window really needs to work on her attitude if you don’t want to work then don’t! But don’t be rude to paying customers!

I haven't ate Popeyes in years but with the snow we got hit with this week, I went there because they were the only ones open. The employees were really nice and the food was really good. The prices are reasonable as well. Especially for those delicious wings.

When I got to the drive thru I had to repeat my order 3 times because of extra conversations being had inside the building. I ordered the five tender meal, with BBQ sauce and a coke. I had to ask for the sauce before I pulled off and was charged $.25 for a second one. I didn't notice nor was I told that the red beans and rice, they were out of fries, were covered with aluminum foil. I get home and red beans and rice have spilled inside the bag so it's inedible.

I ordered a three piece, spicy, dark combo with mashed potatoes and a pepper. I added a side of Cajun fries and some coleslaw. The line was long so I expected fresh, hot food. However, everything was cold, the gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted like water, and they gave me regular chicken instead of spicy. The thighs were also really small. The chicken had “ZERO” flavor. I tried to call the store, but they didn’t answer the phone and the voicemail was not active! I was going to take the food back, but the roads were icy and it wasn’t worth chancing the “unsafe driving conditions” again. ?

Order nuggets ... they were so hard. Had to throw them away. I waited in the drive-thru for a while for them too so I'm think it will be hot and fresh.....more like hot stones.Won't visit them any time soon.

I really give them a 0. I order 8 pc family box. I received no legs only. Z they gave me 2 of the hot wing legs. The thighs were burnt and the breast were thighs. The attitudes were horrible. They need to fire everyone there and just start over.

Walked in and ordered a 24 PC chicken and 12 biscuits. The staff worked expeditiously and efficiently to get the order out timely. They did well! They were nice about it, except the cashier. She acted like she had to go in the kitchen to make the chicken herself when I asked about the time to make the order. I didn't know pushing buttons was that exhausting. So glad the manager demonstrated the best way to accept a large order without showing frustration. However, Popeyes should train their front line staff to be more of a servant!
