The food is good .The service you get not so much. They could do better despite on many occasions being rushed.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular fast food restaurant known for its spicy chicken. The restaurant has a simple and easy parking system, and is kid-friendly. The service is often professional and courteous, with staff willing to make accommodations for customers. While some customers have found the food to be bland or overcooked, others have enjoyed their meals. The restaurant also has wheelchair accessibility, but some customers have suggested improvements to make it easier for those with disabilities to enter the building.
Recent reviews have noted improvements at the Popeyes location on Hackcross Road, with a full staff, clean windows and ledges, and faster service. Customers have praised the worker Stephen for his excellent service and care for the customers' food. However, some customers have found the spicy chicken to be not spicy enough, and have suggested that the restaurant "spice up the spicy chicken."
