Worst Popeyes in Memphis I went up to this location and every single time my fries are cold my chicken sandwich is old not even hot seems like they cook a bunch of chicken and fries and just leave them there to sit and when I ask for my fries to get remade it was the same fries but a tad bit colder like there's no way as if I wouldn't notice from hot to cold I even said you could redo the same ones I want hot even today my tenders were awful and weren't even hot ... Awful service and food

Visited this location at 7 45pm and ordered spicy dark meat. When I got to the window, I was told that there was only mild chicken available. I inquired about the wait time on spicy chicken and was told that the 'cook' said they would not be cooking anymore chicken until they sold all of the mild chicken!!! I asked about getting the spicy drummette wings....again, I was told no. The restaurant is scheduled to be open another 2 hours and they won't prepare chicken that customers order. Don't expect Popeyes service at this location.

Chicken tasted old, dried out, stale as if it was fresh to begin with, then possibly refried twice instead of cooking fresh chicken!!! Come on; you guys can do BETTER! I wasn't given an option to leave a photo.

Not to long ago I came to buy a big order and they were really nice and fast getting my order ready, they even ended up helping me opening the door bc of how much I was holding on my hands, there really nice and I honestly love getting Fried chicken here, is my favorite fried chicken out of any other place.
