The food was delicious, but ourservice was terrible. It took quite some time to place our order and then we were ghosted by our waitress. We had to stop another server and ask them to tell our server that needed something. Red Lobster is not what it used to be.

Took my mother out for her59th birthday. Was told 45-60 mins even though 75% of the restaurant was empty. When asked why we were told staffing. It was 8pm, with the remaining tables finishing their meal.

Where do I start ? 8161 Highway.#6216.I odered as lobster linguini at $28:99. The most tasteless, dirtiest,smelly dish.The waiter that took the To Go order had alook on his face at the bar like you can't afford this. I said I want the dish. It made me sick to my stomach. Jesus. That was a horrible experience. Why is Red lobster still in business. ? They are tired. Of customers.

I ordered for curbside pick up. The order was correct, on time and the food was delicious.
We didn't have utensils for about 10 min. after our food came. When we did get some (after asking 3 different people and looking for them) our waitress brought 2 packages of plastic ones. No apology or anything, just that they were out. They had restocked by the time we left.

Each time I eat here the food is nasty. I only come when I have giftcards from people. The fish and chip platter was hard, the fries cold, I'd have gotten better at Captain ds!!, the steak was red and I asked for well done! The lobster tail only had a strip of chewy lobster inside of it. The shrimp linguini was dry!!! My salad was rough with thick pieces of hard lettuce!!! And my silver ware was dirty!! Even after she brought me a different set, itcwas still dirty. The food here is always unpalatable! I will forewarn my peeps NEVER to give me any Red Lobster gift cards. The waiters are nice though. But the cooks need to be slapped lol

This location is terrible. My daughter and I ordered the endless shrimp. The food was old and smelled spoiled. The resturant was not clean food on the floor tables sticky. The booth we sat in had food stuck in the corners of the seat . The restrooms filthy. Glasses dirty. Management didn't seem to care. We didn't eat anything afraid of food poisoning. Please do not visit this location.
