They charge for everything. If i don’t want vegetables they don’t do double rice. This the first Hibachi restaurant that didnt substitute that & for fried rice it’s another extra charge.

Good food and great service

Fruit flies swarming around our food, couldn’t even eat without them landing on our food, we ended up getting the food to go. I didn’t even complain at this point, I just wanted to get out of there. Another topic: I had my kids with me, I asked for 2 kid teas. She brought one in a cup with a lid for my 6 year old, and one as a regular glass for my older girl who is 9. I get my bill, she took it upon herself to charge $4.00 for a tea for my child instead of the .99 cent tea for a child. This just didn’t set right with me, especially after the horrible experience with fruit flies all over the food and the fact that we didn’t even drink our drinks due to getting food to go. There was no apology either. This place has really gone downhill with experience and hygiene.

This is the best thing I have ever seen in my life. The food is good and the service is good too. Please support this restaurant. :)

Nice Clean place

Horrible...I was getting a quick snack...the wontons before getting on the road. They are dark and burnt. Then said can't do anything about it

We've had great times at saitos in the past, unfortunately, on march fifteen twenty twenty five, we encountered horrible infestation of nets or fruit flies. However, it ruined the occasion and we weren't given any compensation for not being able to finish our meals due to nats. Landing in the food or fruit flies. So unless you have apple bug spray, I suggest finding another. Hibachi location

Overpriced and overly rude to people that were in the restaurant. The people that were sitting down to eat did not stoop down to the Staff’s level

Ordered the Hibachi chicken fried rice. Low quality , chicken was over cooked. The portion size was 0 for 9.00. Will not be back. They had the smallest styrofoam square container and it was about 50% food in it.

Great food, fast and friendly service. Their salad dressing leaves a bit to be desired, but everything else was great! We got the hibachi and some sushi!
